Return Policy

7-Day Return Policy

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your Gilded Orchid selection. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Hygiene Exceptions

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.

Condition of Items

All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team at care@gildedorchid.com with your order number. We will arrange for a secure pickup from your Mumbai location.
